Summary: Kahlan gets killed but Zedd brings her back to life Richard has a break-down and tells her she can't fight anymore and sends her away to South Gaston were she has a vision that tells her Richard will die a slow death meanwhile Zedd is travelling to the peoples palace in order to hunt and kill Darken but gets sidetracked, In desperation Kahlan calls for the help of Zedd and goes to the place that the vision told her Richard will die, instead it was a trap set by Giller, In another vision she sees that Darken will try to kill Zedd as Zedd is the only obstcale that would stop him from controling the Midlands also Kahlan becomes bait for Gillers plan to kill Richard and also Giller rapes Kahlan in the plan to kill the Seeker
